Architecture and architectural photography. Architects and their photographers increasingly stage spaces with rental props before final photography. Our Furniture and Soft Furnishings departments are used to temporarily dress model apartments, show homes, and completed projects for publication-quality images.

1. Browse the catalogue at saraab.in. Filter by category, colour, material, or type. Build a shortlist.
2. WhatsApp or email your list to +91 90139 48897 with your shoot date, studio or location address, and any specific brief notes. A mood board image speeds up the process significantly.
3. Receive a quote — itemised, within business hours, usually within a few hours of your message.
4. Confirm with a deposit to hold the pieces against your date.
5. Collect or receive delivery — same-day delivery to Delhi NCR studio locations; outstation available with lead time.
6. Return after the shoot, same day or agreed date. Inspection on return; deposit released within 48 hours.
Walk-in browsing at the warehouse (Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi) is welcome during warehouse hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00. Bring reference imagery if you have it — it speeds up selection considerably.

Saraab charges per-piece day rates. There are no minimum order values and no package requirements. A single prop rents at the same day rate as a full catalogue pull.
For reference, most photoshoot bookings fall into three size categories:
Tabletop / product setup: 3–15 pieces (tableware, props, linens, small decorative objects). Quote typically generated within one hour.
Portrait or fashion editorial: 5–20 pieces (one or two furniture pieces, lighting, soft furnishings, wall or surface dressing). Quote generated within two hours.
Full-room lifestyle set: 30–80 pieces across multiple departments. Requires a brief or mood board; quote generated within the same business day. Advance booking of at least 3 days recommended for large pulls to allow for packing and logistics.
Multi-day shoots and extended productions negotiate rates directly.
H2: Delivery and Studio Setup
Delhi NCR delivery covers all studio and location shoot addresses in New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida. Delivery is quoted separately based on load size and distance.
Fragile pieces — ceramics, mirrors, glassware — are individually wrapped and crated. Furniture is padded and transported in covered vehicles. Our delivery team assists with unloading; placement and arrangement is the production's responsibility unless a production support person is specifically booked.
Studio pickups are available from the Punjabi Bagh warehouse. Bring adequate transport for the load size. We assist with loading.
Outstation shoots — Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad — are available with sufficient lead time. Cargo transit is arranged through vetted logistics partners.

Q: How far in advance do I need to book for a photoshoot?
A: Smaller pulls (under 20 pieces) can often be confirmed with 24 hours' notice. Large full-room pulls are safer with 3–5 days' notice to allow for packing and delivery logistics. During peak months (October–December and February–March for wedding and fashion seasons), advance booking of one to two weeks is recommended.
Q: Do you offer studio space alongside the props?
A: No. Saraab is a prop rental warehouse, not a studio. We supply the props; the studio is your arrangement. We can suggest Delhi studios we have worked with if that is useful.
Q: Can I visit the warehouse before booking to select pieces in person?
A: Yes. Walk-in visits are welcome Monday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00, at House No. 27, Road 27, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi. Bring reference imagery and we will walk you through the relevant departments. An advance WhatsApp to say you are coming is appreciated but not required.
Q: What happens if a prop is damaged during the photoshoot?
A: A refundable damage deposit is held at booking. Damage beyond normal handling is assessed against the deposit at return. We pre-agree replacement rates before rental rather than charging retail price — prop houses and production companies operate under different assumptions than retail stores.
Q: Do you supply food props — artificial food, produce?
A: Yes, in the Food Props sub of the Kitchen and Dining department. Realistic-finish artificial fruits, vegetables, bread, and packaged goods are available for shoots where actual product is impractical (heat, wilting, continuity).
