H2: How an Ad Shoot Pull Works
1. Brief us early. Send a WhatsApp or email with the shoot date, location, and a rough mood board. The earlier in the production schedule we see the brief, the more flexibility there is to recommend specific catalogue pieces.
2. Shortlist on saraab.in. Filter by colour, material, and category. Build a list. Share the URL with the director, the DOP, and the production designer.
3. Receive an itemised quote. Per-piece day rates. No minimum order. Delivery quoted separately based on load size and location.
4. Confirm with a deposit. Pieces are held against your shoot date. The catalogue updates in real time as items go out on bookings.
5. Delivery to set. Packed in covered vehicles. Fragile pieces individually wrapped. Our team helps with unloading; placement and arrangement is the production design team's responsibility.
6. Strike and return. Same day or agreed return date. Inspection on return; deposit released within 48 hours.
H2: Pricing for Ad Shoots
Saraab uses transparent per-piece day rates. There are no minimum order requirements and no "package" pricing. A single hero prop rents at the same day rate as a fully dressed set. For productions running multi-day shoots — a typical TVC schedule of build day + shoot day + strike day — multi-day discounts apply.
For commercials with extended pre-production schedules, items can be pulled and held with a hold deposit before the official rental window starts. This is useful when the director wants to see specific pieces during recce or tech rehearsal before locking the final list.
Damage deposits are calculated against the declared replacement value of the rented pieces. Damage beyond normal handling is assessed against the deposit at return. We pre-agree replacement rates for high-value items at the time of booking — no surprise retail-pricing arguments at strike.
H2: Delivery and On-Set Coordination
Delhi NCR delivery covers all studio and location addresses in New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida. Delivery is quoted separately based on load size, distance, and venue access constraints.
Outstation shoots — Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad — are available with sufficient lead time. We coordinate cargo transit through vetted logistics partners.
On-set coordination. For large pulls (50+ pieces), we can have a Saraab team member on set during build to assist the production design team with placement and to handle any swaps or additions required during the shoot.

Q: How quickly can you turn around a TVC pull?
A: Smaller pulls under 20 pieces can often be confirmed with 24 hours' notice. Large pulls (50+ pieces) for full-set dressing benefit from at least a week's advance booking. During peak campaign months (October–December and January–March), book earlier.
Q: Do you handle on-set delivery during the shoot itself?
A: Yes. We deliver at the agreed call time and will have a team member on site for unloading. For large pulls, we offer optional on-set coordination during build.
Q: Can I get a recce visit to the warehouse before locking the list?
A: Yes. Walk-in recce visits are welcome Monday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00. Bring reference imagery and we will walk you through the relevant departments.
Q: What if a prop breaks on set?
A: A damage deposit is held at booking. Damage beyond normal handling is assessed against the deposit. We pre-agree replacement values for high-value items at booking — no surprise pricing at strike.
Q: Do you supply hand-and-foot props for product close-ups?
A: Yes — gloves, watches, jewellery, glasses, and other small accessories from the Fashion and Accessories department. Flag the requirement at booking so we can pre-pull.
