2. We confirm availability. Large event pulls — 50 pieces and above — benefit from 1–2 weeks' advance booking. The catalogue changes as pieces are out on other bookings.
3. Receive an itemised quote. We quote per piece per day and offer discounts for multi-day event setups (build day + event day + strike day is a common three-day window).
4. Confirm with a deposit. We hold the confirmed pieces off the catalogue against your date.
5. Delivery and setup. We deliver to the event venue. Large furniture deliveries include on-site unloading. Setup and arrangement is the event team's responsibility; for large builds we can recommend prop stylists familiar with the Saraab catalogue.
6. Strike and return. At the end of the event, pieces are collected. Inspection on return; deposit returned within 48 hours.

Event pricing follows the same per-piece day-rate structure as other rental categories, with the following event-specific considerations:
Multi-day events — build day, event day(s), and strike day are each a rental day. For events with a three-day window, a multi-day discount is applied.
Extended event rentals — week-long or multi-week installations negotiate rates directly.
Large pulls — catalogue pulls above 50 pieces receive a volume discount. Discuss at booking.
Delivery — quoted separately based on load size and venue distance within Delhi NCR. Outstation event venues in Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad are available with sufficient lead time.
There are no minimum order requirements. A single statement piece for a product launch display rents at the same day rate as a multi-piece environment build.

Delhi NCR — all venues in New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida. Large furniture, fragile ceramics, and glassware are transported in padded, covered vehicles. Delivery time is quoted based on venue distance and load.

Strike logistics — we coordinate pickup time with your event team. Do not leave pieces unattended at the venue without prior arrangement.
Outstation events — Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad. Available with 2–3 weeks' lead time for cargo logistics.

Q: Can you help design the event environment using your props?
A: Saraab is a prop rental house, not an event design agency. We advise on which catalogue pieces match a given brief and can recommend production designers and stylists who work regularly with our catalogue. Final design and arrangement decisions are the event team's responsibility.
Q: Do you supply props for outdoor events?
A: We supply props that can be used outdoors, subject to the client accepting the additional risk of weather or terrain damage. Outdoor pieces that are damaged beyond normal wear are assessed against the damage deposit. We do not supply weather-resistant or garden-specific furniture as a dedicated sub-category.
Q: What is the damage deposit structure for events?
A: The deposit is proportional to the declared replacement value of all pieces rented. Large events with high-value furniture and brassware carry correspondingly larger deposits. The deposit is returned within 48 hours of piece inspection on return.
Q: Can I extend the rental period mid-event if the setup is extended?
A: Yes. Contact us before the originally agreed return date to extend. Extension rates apply from the original return date. Do not simply hold pieces beyond the agreed return without contact — it affects bookings for other productions.
