Festive Shoot Props on Rent — Delhi NCR
Festive shoot props are the single busiest window in Delhi NCR — August to November for Diwali films, and a second run through the wedding season. Saraab keeps the whole festive layer in one warehouse: diyas and urlis, lanterns and torans, candle holders and votives, garlands and buntings, string lights and festive tableware.
The point of a festive kit is coverage, not a hero object. A convincing Diwali frame is usually five or six repeat pieces — diyas in a row, a lantern cluster, a toran across the door, an urli on the floor — rather than one big prop, so the catalogue stocks sets and pairs deliberately. Book early; the Diwali window is the one time of year the shelf genuinely empties.

Frequently asked questions
When should I book festive props for a Diwali shoot in Delhi?
Book in August or early September. Most Diwali TVCs and brand films shoot four to eight weeks ahead of the festival, so the festive shelf — diyas, urlis, lanterns, torans — is at its thinnest through late September and October. Earlier bookings get first pick of the matched sets.
What counts as festive props for a film shoot?
In practice: oil lamps and diyas, urlis and float bowls, lanterns and candle holders, torans and door hangings, garlands and buntings, string and fairy lights, brass puja items such as kalash and bells, and festive tableware for the sweets-and-mithai layer.
Do you rent festive props for festivals other than Diwali?
Yes — the same layer covers Navratri, Karwa Chauth, Raksha Bandhan, Christmas, Eid and wedding-season set dressing. Search the catalogue by object rather than by festival; most festive dressing is shared across occasions.
Can you deliver festive props to a studio in Delhi NCR?
Yes. Saraab delivers across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad, and packs and ships pan-India for outstation shoots. Transport is billed separately from the rental.
