- Browse the catalogue, add the props you need to your shortlist, and send it to us on WhatsApp. We confirm availability for your exact shoot dates, share a quote, and lock the pieces once you're ready. Pickup or delivery is arranged from our Delhi NCR warehouse. Most film and ad units send their shortlist a few days ahead so everything is pulled, checked, and packed before the truck arrives.
- What is the rental process at Saraab Prop Shop?
- It runs in four simple steps. One, shortlist props from the catalogue or send us a reference image. Two, WhatsApp us the list and we confirm what's available for your dates and quote it. Three, you approve the quote and pay the security deposit to block the pieces. Four, collect from the warehouse or take delivery, shoot, and return on the agreed date. Quote requests are non-binding until you confirm.

- How quickly can props be delivered or picked up?
- Self-pickup can usually happen the same day or next day once a quote is confirmed and the deposit is in. Delivery within Delhi NCR is typically arranged for the next working day, subject to slot availability and how large the order is. Tight turnarounds are common in this industry, so if you're on a rush, say so up front on WhatsApp and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

- Do you have a price list on the website?

- What's the minimum rental duration?
- Props are rented by the day — that's the minimum. We don't do half-day pickups. Multi-day and long-shoot rentals are welcome; quote shared on WhatsApp once you send your shortlist.
- Can I see a prop before renting?
- Yes. Walk-in viewing is welcome at the Punjabi Bagh warehouse, Monday to Sunday, 10:00 – 19:00. Drop us a WhatsApp before you come so we have the prop pulled out and ready.
- Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
- Both — but transport is always extra, billed separately from the prop rental. Self-pickup from the warehouse costs nothing on our side (you cover your own vehicle / labour). Delivery + return within Delhi NCR, or long-distance freight outside the region, is quoted on top of the rental.
- What if a prop gets damaged during the shoot?
- Minor wear is expected. Significant damage or loss is charged at replacement or repair cost. We'll walk you through the per-prop deposit + damage policy when you confirm the quote.
- Can I reserve props in advance?
- Yes. Once you confirm a quote and pay the security deposit, the props are blocked for your shoot dates. Reservations are first-come-first-served.
- Can I send a reference image and you find a matching prop?
- Absolutely. Use the camera icon in the search bar to upload a screenshot or photo — we'll show you visually similar items. If nothing matches closely enough, WhatsApp us the image directly and we'll source it.
- Do you handle period / themed sets — antique brass, vintage furniture, ethnic decor?
- Yes. Roughly half the catalogue is period-themed: brass and antiques, vintage furniture, ethnic floor coverings, Indian household pieces. Filter by Style/Era (e.g. Vintage, Bohemian, Mid-Century) or Mood inside the catalogue.
- Where are your warehouses?
- Main warehouse: Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi 110026. Secondary warehouse: Sushant City, Sector 61, Sonipat, Haryana 131029. We move stock between the two; cart confirmation will tell you which warehouse to collect from.
- Do you supply outside Delhi NCR?
